Glow
3-month minimum
A facial every month, and member pricing on everything else.

Laser hair removal on a schedule, paid monthly instead of up front.

Platinum
6-month minimum
A signature treatment every month, plus facials whenever you want them.

Straightforward, and yours to cancel
You are billed on the same date each month. Your included treatment is ready to book from day one — there is no waiting period and nothing to claim.
Your monthly treatment is for that month. It does not roll over into the next one, and it is not transferable. For laser that is not a restriction so much as the schedule itself: sessions are spaced four to six weeks apart, so one a month is the pace the treatment already runs at.
After the minimum term — three months on Glow, six on Smooth and Platinum — you can cancel any time from your client portal. No call, no retention script.
Member pricing applies to everything
The 10% or 20% is not limited to a category. It applies to any treatment and any product you buy, on top of the treatment already included in your plan.
It stacks with financing
Members can still use Cherry for larger courses. The membership covers the monthly rhythm; financing covers the bigger plan.
One thing to know
Injectables, Morpheus8 and treatment courses quoted as a package are not included as the monthly treatment on any plan — but your member discount applies to all of them.
Quick answers to questions you may have
What happens if I don't use my treatment one month?
It expires at the end of that month and does not carry over. That is how every membership of this kind works — the monthly price is set on the assumption of one treatment a month, not a balance that accumulates. If you know a month will be difficult, tell us and we will get you booked early.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Speak to us at the front desk or call the clinic and we will move you at your next billing date. Moving up a tier can be done immediately.
Can I cancel?
After the minimum term — three months on Glow, six months on Smooth and Platinum — you can cancel at any time from your client portal. The minimum term exists because these treatments only work over a course; it is not there to keep you past the point of wanting to stay.
Is the laser membership enough to finish a course?
Most people need somewhere between six and eight sessions on an area, and results vary between individuals depending on hair colour, skin tone and the area treated. Six months covers a full course for many clients; your provider will tell you what they expect for your area at the consultation.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No — the included treatments are for the member only. Your discount does not transfer either. If you want to treat someone, a gift card is the way to do it.
Do the discounts work on injectables?
Yes. The 10% or 20% applies to every treatment and product we offer, injectables included. What differs is the treatment included each month, which is drawn from the menu listed on each plan.
