Most treatments at Sense are planned as a course rather than a single visit — laser hair removal, skin tightening and peels all work that way. Paying over time lets you start the plan your provider actually recommends, instead of the shortened version that happens to fit this month.

What to do at your consultation
Your provider will quote the full plan — how many sessions, over what period, and the total. That is the number to apply against, rather than guessing up front.
Memberships are separate
Memberships are a different thing from financing: they give members discounts on treatments and products, monthly loyalty points and a complimentary monthly treatment. If you visit regularly, ask about both — they work together.
