Microneedling with PRP
Collagen induction for texture, scarring and tone — with the option of adding your own platelet-rich plasma.
What it is
Microneedling uses tiny sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries, prompting natural collagen and elastin production. We use Candela microneedling, which is used for skin tightening, acne scarring and overall texture.
PRP — platelet-rich plasma — can be added. A small amount of your blood is drawn and processed to concentrate the platelets, which are then applied to the treated skin. Combined with microneedling it supports faster healing and deeper repair, which is why it is sometimes called a “vampire facial”.

The device passes across the treatment area. If PRP is included, blood is drawn and processed at the start of the appointment.
Redness similar to sunburn is common for a day or so. Sun protection afterwards matters.
Texture and tone change as collagen responds over weeks. It is planned as a series, particularly for scarring.

What does adding PRP actually do?
PRP concentrates the platelets from your own blood, which support healing and collagen production. Combined with microneedling it is used to accelerate repair and improve texture and tone.
Is it painful?
Numbing is normally used. Most people find it very manageable.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually a series, particularly for scarring. Your provider will set out the plan at consultation.
How is it different from Morpheus8?
Microneedling works through controlled micro-injuries at the surface. Morpheus8 adds radiofrequency energy delivered at depth, so it reaches deeper layers.
